Raspberry & Chia Seed Parfait

A quick snack, packed with nutrition.

This Raspberry & Chai Seed Parfait is an easy and healthy recipe to make for breakfast, as a snack or even a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 65 g Chai Seeds
  • 250 ml Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 30 g Peanut or Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp St. Dalfour Raspberry Fruit Spread
  • Fresh Raspberries and Mixed Nuts for Toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Chia Seeds, Whole Milk and Cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Place in the fridge and let the mixture sit overnight.
  3. Fill the bottom of a glass or parfait jar with St. Dalfour Raspberry Fruit Spread.
  4. Layer in the Chia Seed mixture, and the Peanut or Almond Butter.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, and top with more Raspberry Fruit Spread, Fresh Raspberries and Mixed Nuts.
