Berry Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
- 150g St. Dalfour Strawberry Fruit Spread (or your favourite flavour)
- 240g Greek-style yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
- 100g fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 50g Dorset Cereals Simply Oat Granola
Instructions
- Spoon a layer of St. Dalfour Fruit Spread into the bottom of a glass or parfait jar.
- Add a generous layer of creamy Greek-style yoghurt.
- Sprinkle over a layer of Dorset Simply Oat Granola for a crunchy bite.
- Top with a handful of fresh, juicy berries. Feeling indulgent? Drizzle a little honey over the top.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, and finish with a final spoonful of Fruit Spread on top.
