Delivery

We offer FREE Standard Delivery (3 to 5 business days service) when you spend £25 or more. The Standard Delivery charge is £3.95 for all orders under £25.

We also offer Express Delivery (1 to 3 business days service) for £6.95. The Express Delivery charge is discounted to £3.95 when you spend £25 or more.

We use Evri to deliver our Standard Delivery orders, and DPD for our Express Delivery orders. A tracking number will be provided by the carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information on dispatch.

We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 48 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Orders placed after midday will usually be dispatched on the next business day.

Returns

We hope you enjoy our award-winning Fruit Spreads, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day no-fuss return and refund policy. Please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
