Strawberry & Rhubarb Crêpe Mille-Feuille
Ingredients
- 4 crêpes
- 240g Greek yogurt
- 4 tbspSt. Dalfour Strawberry & Rhubarb Fruit Spread
- Some fresh strawberries
- A handful of crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Cut the crêpes into circles using a cookie cutter.
- Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C, until crispy. Let cool.
- Assemble in three layers with a little Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries cut into cubes, and a generous amount of fruit spread.
- Finish with pistachios and serve immediately.
